FINANCIAL CONSIDERATIONS

Bloomfield Forum’s financial picture is strong. Major expenditures are anticipated in advance and careful planning ensures that reserves are ready when needed. The community was developed in 1994 as a not-for-profit corporation. An entrance fee, based on options and square footage, entitles the resident a membership into the community. The fee is refundable to the resident, or their heirs, upon transfer of the apartment to another qualified resident. Entrance fees were structured at Bloomfield’s inception and are not affected by the changing economy and fluctuating stock market–not now nor in the future. Monthly service fees keep the community in the best possible shape and fund basic services.
