Bloomfield Forum offers chef-prepared meals Monday through Friday evenings. With our flexible meal plan, residents pay for only the meals they eat. Make arrangements by 10:00am on or before the day you wish to dine. By the way, we love guests. Friends and family are always welcome with reservations.
Executive Chef Thomas Jensen has been preparing meals for Bloomfield residents for nearly 13 years. Meals are cooked and prepared on site using only the freshest ingredients and are served at your table by our courteous wait staff.
